K9 Resorts in Stamford, CT is seeking a full-time Pet Care Technician to join our luxury dog resort team. You will work hands-on with dogs, ensure safety, cleanliness, and a five-star guest experience for every pet parent.

No prior experience? We provide training. The role requires weekend and holiday availability, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring dog health, behavior, and safety and reporting concerns immediately.
• Cleaning and disinfecting suites and common areas to brand standards.
• Assisting with feeding, bathing, play sessions, and daily routines.
• Delivering a 5-star guest experience to every pet parent.
• Supporting team operations and maintaining a strong, positive culture.

What You’ll Do

As a Pet Care Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our resort—working hands-on with dogs and ensuring every guest receives exceptional care.

Day-to-day responsibilities include

• Providing compassionate, hands-on care for dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Supervising daycare playgroups and ensuring safe, positive interactions
• Monitoring dog health, behavior, and safety and reporting concerns immediately
