Job summary

K9 Resorts in Middletown, NJ is seeking a dedicated full-time Pet Care Technician to care for dogs across boarding, daycare, and grooming in a luxury, safe environment.

You’ll work hands-on with pets, monitor health and behavior, support playgroups, and ensure a five-star guest experience. Training is provided if you’re new to the field, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision, flexible scheduling, and career development.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate, hands-on care for dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Supervising daycare playgroups and ensuring safe, positive interactions
• Monitoring dog health, behavior, and safety and reporting concerns immediately
• Cleaning and disinfecting suites and common areas to brand standards
• Assisting with feeding, bathing, play sessions, and daily routines

What You’ll Do

As a Pet Care Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our resort—working hands-on with dogs and ensuring every guest receives exceptional care.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
