Job summary

K9 Resorts is seeking a Pet Care Technician in New Hampshire to provide hands-on care for dogs in a luxury resort setting, emphasizing safety, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experiences for pet parents.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, assist with feeding, grooming support, and daily routines, and participate in ongoing training. We offer benefits and flexible scheduling to support our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care for dogs of all breeds and sizes.
• Supervise daycare playgroups and ensure safe interactions.
• Monitor dog health, behavior, and safety; report concerns promptly.
• Clean and disinfect suites and common areas to brand standards.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, play sessions, and daily routines.
• Deliver a 5-star guest experience to every pet parent.
• Support team operations and maintain a positive culture.

What You’ll Do

As a Pet Care Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our resort—working hands-on with dogs and ensuring every guest receives exceptional care.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Providing compassionate, hands-on care for dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Supervising daycare playgroups and ensuring safe, positive interactions
• Monitoring dog health, behavior, and safety and reporting concerns immediately
• Cleaning and disinfecting suites and common areas to brand standards
• Assisting with feeding, bathing, play sessions, and daily routines
• Delivering a 5-star guest experience to every pet parent
• Supporting team operations and maintaining a strong, positive culture
