Job summary

Alpha hires teachers (guides) and campus-based roles to build a school focused on student growth. This full-time, on-site coaching position supports a campus, with national recruitment and openings in multiple cities.

You will run life-skills workshops for K-8 students, provide 1:1 motivation coaching, and use Coachbot analytics to drive every learner to 100% of weekly goals while maintaining high engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students.
• Comfortable letting adaptive learning software deliver instruction while you coach motivation and life-skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking and feedback.
• Conduct daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions to hit 100% of weekly goals.
• Administer and re-coach on the Test2Pass mastery assessment.
