Job summary

Onward Education in Cook County, IL is seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) for on-site support across two middle school campuses. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role from 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with an ASAP start.

You will join a collaborative team of eight OTs and work on-site at two campuses. The OT will support students' learning by addressing functional, fine motor, sensory processing, and school participation needs, aligning services with IEPs and 504 Plans, including consultation

Qualifications

• Active IL OT license required.
• On-site work across two campuses.
• Experience with IEP/MTSS systems preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve on middle school teams to support student success.
• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Provide OT services aligned with IEPs/504 Plans.
• Document services and maintain compliant records.
