The position emphasizes instructional leadership, family engagement, and organizational development, with opportunities to grow through ongoing professional development and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Teaching experience required; elementary or middle school experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the School Director in educational and operational aspects of Orchard Park.
• Act as Acting School Director in the Director's absence.
• Lead school improvement initiatives and policy development.
• Oversee daily operations including academics, arrival/dismissal, safety, and staffing.
• Build a positive school culture and communicate with families.
