Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) on a full-time contract for the upcoming school year near Baltimore, MD. You will work with K-8 students, providing direct services under a licensed SLP and collaborating with teachers, families, and education professionals to support communication goals.

Requirements include active Maryland SLPA credentials and experience with school-aged children.

Qualifications

• Active SLPA license or eligible Maryland credentials.
• Experience with school-aged children (K-8) preferred.
• Ability to follow SLP treatment plans and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language services under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Implement therapy sessions in individual and group settings for various communication disorders.
• Assist with preparing materials and maintaining student progress records.
• Collaborate with educators and parents to support student development.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development.
• Promote language and communication opportunities throughout the school day for K-8 students.
