Qualifications

• MD state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLPA.
• Degree in SLPA program or related field.
• Experience as an SLPA in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in speech and language assessments under supervision of licensed SLPs.
• Provide speech and language therapy interventions and activities.
• Collaborate with educators and parents to implement classroom strategies.
• Support and document progress and carryover of therapy goals.
• Maintain records including session notes and progress reports.
• Assist in IEP meetings and school-based professional development.
