Responsibilities

• Provide targeted literacy instruction addressing phonemic, fluency, and vocabulary development.
• Monitor student progress and communicate findings with school leaders and teachers.
• Deliver instruction using district literacy materials (e.g., Wilson Just Words, Read Naturally, IMSE Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System).
• Interpret DIBELS and i-Ready results to guide instruction and groupings.
• Collaborate with Special Education and ESL staff to support Students with Disabilities and English Learners.
