Responsibilities

• Use formal and informal assessments (e.g., iReady, DIBELS, MCAS, benchmark data) to identify students needing Tier 2 or Tier 3 literacy interventions.
• Develop data-informed, individualized reading intervention plans aligned to students' developmental needs.
• Deliver targeted instruction using research-based practices (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or other structured literacy models).
• Communicate proactively with families regarding student progress, growth goals, and at-home strategies to support literacy.
• Participate in data teams, MTSS meetings, and student support team processes to ensure coordinated intervention planning.
