Job summary

GPS Solutions is seeking a dedicated MTSS Tutor/Paraprofessional to support K-8 students in a full-time hourly role at Holy Redeemer in Detroit, MI. You will provide small-group and one-on-one academic support, assist in MTSS implementation, collaborate with teachers, monitor student progress, and help maintain a positive learning environment.

Education requirements include 60 college credits or SAT/Parapro options; preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's in Education and Michigan teaching

Qualifications

• A minimum of 60 credit hours from an accredited university or college.
• SAT – evidence-based reading and writing 480 or higher, and 530 or higher in math.
• ETS Parapro Assessment – passing score 460 required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's of Science or Arts in Education and Michigan teaching certificate.

In this full-time role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and administrators to support the academic and behavioral needs of our students. Your efforts will be crucial in helping students achieve their full potential through targeted instruction and intervention.
