Alpha is hiring for a full-time, on-site role at one of its campuses. You will lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 students, then spend time coaching individuals or small groups to reach 100% weekly app goals, using Coachbot analytics and the company incentive system.

The role emphasizes holding the standard, building relationships, and delivering high-energy student motivation without traditional classroom teaching. Remote opportunities are limited to nationwide campus vacancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject is required.
• Minimum 3 years directly working with K-8 students.
• Comfortable with AI-powered adaptive learning tools delivering instruction.

Responsabilités

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts.
• Conduct daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions.
• Administer mastery assessments and provide coaching until success.
• Adapt workshop playbook for diverse age groups and needs.
• Be the trusted adult who upholds standards with students.
