Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a full‑time, on‑site Coach role across campuses. You will lead one‑hour life‑skills workshops for K‑8, with daily 1:1 and small‑group motivation sessions, using Coachbot analytics and Alpha's incentive systems.

Relocation support is provided for Scottsdale, OKC, Tulsa, Nashville, Austin, Dallas, and Plano. You have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years with K‑8 students, and a proven track record of high achievement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working directly with K‑8 students in teaching, tutoring, coaching, camp leadership, or youth programs.
• Ability to deliver life‑skills coaching while adaptive learning software handles academics.
• Stage presence to engage a room of preteens and manage a learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead one‑hour life‑skills workshops for K‑8 cohorts (public speaking, focus, feedback).
• Conduct daily 1:1 and small‑group motivation sessions using Coachbot analytics and incentives.
• Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment and re‑coaching as needed.
• Adapt workshop playbooks and create new sessions to land material across ages.
• Be the steadfast adult who holds standards and connects with students.
