Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a full-time on-site role on our campuses. You will run life-skills workshops for K-8 students, motivate individuals using Coachbot analytics, and push each student to meet weekly app goals via incentives.

You will assess mastery with Test2Pass and re-coach until mastery is achieved, adapting playbooks for different ages. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years with K-8 students are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students.
• Comfortable with adaptive learning software delivering instruction.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and feedback."
• Run daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions using analytics and incentives.
• Administer Test2Pass mastery assessments and provide coaching until mastery.
• Adapt workshops and create new sessions to land material with varied ages.
• Be a trusted adult who maintains high standards.
