Alpha seeks a dedicated Student Success Coach to lead life-skills workshops and coach K-8 students using Coachbot analytics and motivation systems. You will guide students to achieve ambitious weekly goals while fostering confidence, resilience, and ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• At least 3 years of direct work with K-8 students through teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp leadership, or youth programs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy, one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 students.
• Coach students individually and in small groups using analytics and motivation systems.
• Assess life-skill mastery and provide targeted coaching until genuine competence is shown.
• Adapt coaching across elementary and middle school levels to fit needs.
• Analyze weekly performance data to improve outcomes for the cohort.
