Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Student Learning Coach to lead high-energy life skills workshops and coach K-8 students using Coachbot analytics to track progress.

You’ll spend most of your week delivering one-hour workshops on communication, focus, and leadership, while also providing targeted coaching to individual students to help them reach ambitious weekly goals. This role offers day-one benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with K-8 students.
• Ability to motivate students and describe outcomes.
• Comfort coaching in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy 1-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students.
• Coach students one-on-one or in small groups using Coachbot analytics.
• Analyze weekly performance data to drive improvements.
• Adapt coaching style across ages and contexts.
