Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a full-time, on-site Career Coach to empower K-8 students through AI-powered learning and personalized mentorship. You will lead one-hour life-skills workshops, conduct daily motivation sessions, and drive students to meet weekly app goals using analytics and incentives.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of direct work with K-8 students; relocation support is provided for specific campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students: teaching, tutoring, coaching, or camp leadership.
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willing to work in person at an Alpha campus; relocation support provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and giving/receiving feedback.
• Run daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions to push students to 100% of weekly goals.
• Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment and re-coach students who do not pass.
• Adapt workshop playbooks and build new sessions for different ages.
• Be the authoritative yet approachable figure for students.
