Alpha is hiring a Life Skills Coach to work on-site across multiple campuses in the U.S. You will lead energetic life skills workshops for K-8 students, coach individuals and small groups, and use Coachbot analytics to drive progress.

The role emphasizes mentoring, resilience, and coaching over traditional lecturing. You will be responsible for ensuring students reach ambitious weekly goals, sustaining engagement, and facilitating a culture of growth through dynamic coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience working with K-8 students through teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp leadership, or youth programs.
• Ability to motivate students and describe a specific example of helping a student achieve a difficult goal.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy, one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students.
• Coach students individually and in small groups using Coachbot analytics and motivation systems.
• Assess life skill mastery through tests and provide targeted coaching until genuine competence is reached.
• Adapt coaching style across age groups, from kindergarten to eighth grade.
• Analyze weekly student performance data to identify patterns and improve outcomes for the cohort.
