• Attend weekly professional development and collaborate in grade-level or content-area learning communities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and lead conferences to promote student progress.
• Collaborate with administrators and staff to create a positive, supportive learning environment.
• Use measurable data to monitor and enrich student progress with visible results.
• Work with school and network teams to improve instructional practices and ensure academic success.
• Use PBIS and preventative strategies to guide students in social and emotional skills.
