ACCEL Schools LLC is seeking an Instructional Aide at Wright Preparatory Academy in Canton, Ohio. You will assist the Teacher with classroom activities, promote positive student behaviors and help maintain a safe, productive learning environment.

Requirements include an Associate degree or 2 years of college, or Paraprofessional Exam; proficiency in MS Office; ability to lift 25-40 lbs; and a clean BCI/FBI check. The role offers hourly pay and opportunities to support student success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, two years of college coursework, or Paraprofessional’s Exam is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Successful completion of BCI/FBI background check.
• Ability to meet educational standards and work under pressure.
• Physical ability to lift 25–40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supports lessons taught by the teacher to individual students or groups.
• Helps plan classroom activities and supports parent relations.
• Assists with school activities and events.
• Performs clerical duties such as grading papers and photocopying.
• Assists with classroom technology and maintaining cleanliness.
• Upholds school philosophy and mission.
• Other duties as assigned including field trips and duty times.
