Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a School Psychologist to support K-6 students at an elementary school near Waitsfield, VT. This full-time contract runs from August 26, 2026, to June 15, 2027, with duties focused on promoting student well-being and growth through direct and consultative services.

You will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, interpret data for eligibility and program planning, and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster a positive climate and

Qualifications

• Certification or eligibility for School Psychologist certification.
• Experience with K-6 students preferred.
• Knowledge of special education law and behavioral/cognitive theories.
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative school psychology services to K-6 students.
• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret data for eligibility and program planning.
• Complete timely, accurate evaluations and document findings for multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success.
• Offer expertise in social-emotional and behavioral interventions, and participate in IEP development and implementation.
• Contribute to the positive, nurturing climate of a small elementary school community.
