Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of successful teaching experience (K-6).
• Working knowledge of MTSS and the problem-solving process.
• Experience with research-based and best-practice interventions in reading and/or mathematics.
• Strong organizational and evaluative skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and support staff.
• Knowledge of teaching diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Support students in MTSS and RtI processes to improve reading and/or math.
• Collaborate with PLCs and school staff to implement MTSS problem-solving steps.
• Identify learning goals and apply research-based interventions with fidelity.
• Ensure treatment integrity and monitor student progress.
• Assist teachers in meeting diverse learners' needs.
