Qualifications

• Valid Special Education teaching license (SPED) in Alabama.

• Commitment to an inclusive, positive classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized instructional strategies in Language/Autism units.
• Develop, implement, and monitor student IEP goals.
• Supervise and lead a team of paraprofessionals in the classroom.
• Utilize data to drive instruction and report progress.
• Create a structured, nurturing classroom routine for student success.
• Engage with parents/guardians, maintaining open communication year-round.
