Qualifications

• Active state Special Education teaching certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized instruction to elementary students with diverse learning needs in a self-contained classroom.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with related service providers, paraprofessionals, administrators, and families to support student success.
• Utilize evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies to promote academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with state and federal special education regulations.
