Responsibilities

• Supports students in small groups or 1:1.
• Assists students with assignments, homework, projects.
• Adapts materials and provides modifications to aid learning.
• Helps students understand classroom rules and reinforces them.
• Monitors student behavior to ensure safety and appropriate interactions.
• De-escalates student behaviors and supports General Education and Special Education teams.
• Reinforces SDI concepts already in effect.
• Attends meetings and training sessions and contributes to a positive learning environment.
