Crossroads Elementary School in Mount Washington, KY seeks an instructional tutor for 2026-2027 to provide reading and math interventions. The role requires collaboration with teachers and the instructional coach, with a focus on supporting struggling students.

Position is 6 hours daily, 183 days/year, 10-month classified pay schedule. Starting pay $24.63/hour, up to $32.75/hour, with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 64 college credits and a 2.5 GPA.
• Documentation of educational requirements must be provided to HR upon hire.
• Experience with intervention systems and small-group instruction is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide reading and math interventions for struggling students.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations and instruction as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, instructional coach and other staff.
• Instruct independently with minimal supervision and maintain records.
• Support the total school program and be punctual and organized.
