Responsibilities

• Provide small group academic interventions in reading and/or math.
• Follow instructional plans developed by classroom teachers and intervention teams.
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Analyze student data to monitor growth and adjust support as needed.
• Report student progress to teachers and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to meet individual student needs.
• Support a positive and encouraging learning environment.
