Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides instructional support and assists teachers in activities and materials for lessons.
• Assists in planning, organizing, evaluating activities, and preparing materials according to lesson plans.
• Demonstrates professional skills to effectively support the school program.
• Works with individual students or groups in different classrooms as needed.
• Participates in district staff development and ongoing professional growth.
• Maintains a positive, calm demeanor when interacting with students at all times.
• May conduct vision and hearing screenings and enter results in the student records system.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
