Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide substitute teaching coverage for teachers within the school.
• Periodically plan and deliver instruction.
• Observe and work with Master Teachers to improve instructional techniques.
• Develop curricula and activities to meet academic standards.
• Design and implement assessments to measure progress towards standards.
• Use assessment data to refine curriculum and inform instruction.
• Participate in collaborative curriculum development and professional development.
• Supervise students during transitions, meals, and afterschool.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
