• Organize content logically and follow research-based instructional structures.
• Utilize effective instructional strategies and assess student learning to guide instruction.
• Provide formative and summative assessments and maintain records of student progress.
• Maintain an orderly environment, manage behavior, and ensure effective class operations.
• Communicate clearly with students, parents, and colleagues; participate in professional growth and school activities.
