Job summary

International Leadership of Texas is seeking an experienced EB PD facilitator to provide professional learning for PK-5 teachers in Spanish and English. The role centers on modeling, co-teaching, collaborative planning, feedback, and mentorship to advance biliteracy, high achievement, and intercultural competence.

Frequent travel to Dallas–Fort Worth area campuses and some travel to Houston, plus weekend trainings, are required as part of supporting the district's Dual Language initiatives and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with bilingual certification required.
• 4 years of teaching experience in bilingual/dual language settings.
• Strong data interpretation for STAAR/TELPAS/AAPPL.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers PK-5 EB/DLI professional learning sessions.
• Coaches and co-teaches with PK-5 teachers.
• Travels frequently to Dallas–Fort Worth area campuses and Houston area campuses.
• Analyzes assessment data to target improvement areas.
• Maintains program records and training materials.
