Job summary

Uplift Education in Dallas seeks a Multilingual Dual Language Coordinator to lead DL instruction across PK-5 campuses, leveraging bilingualism to raise achievement and sociocultural competencies. You will coach teachers, partner with campus leadership, and use data systems to guide targeted support.

Reporting to the Multilingual Instructional Manager, you will design professional development, collaborate with C&I and network leaders, ensure program fidelity, and travel to campuses across the DFW

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum three years of dual language or bilingual education experience.
• Valid Texas Teacher Certification with endorsement in Bilingual Education.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dual Language instructional priorities across PK-5 campuses.
• coach and provide feedback to teachers and leaders on DL delivery.
• Collaborate with DL Lead Curriculum Developer to align with program goals.
• Deliver high-quality professional development for teachers and leaders.
