Job summary

International Leadership of Texas seeks a district leader to unify PK–12 DLI, TBE, and LOTE Spanish programs across campuses. The role guides language placement, assessments, and program fidelity while shaping professional learning for coaches and administrators.

The ideal candidate brings advanced Spanish/English proficiency, a strong record in dual-language leadership, and expertise in ACTFL/APPL standards to ensure high bilingual outcomes across the ILTexas network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Extensive experience directing DLI/TBE programs.
• Proven expertise with ACTFL proficiency standards, AAPPL, and AP Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead PK–12 DLI, TBE, and LOTE Spanish implementation across campuses.
• Oversee language placement, proficiency assessments, and equitable practices.
• Coach campus leaders and staff; support hiring decisions based on language proficiency.
• Collaborate on curriculum alignment with core content and materials.
