Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years' teaching experience with at-risk or behaviorally challenged students.
• Must have or be eligible for a Virginia teaching license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate positive behavioral change and provide social-emotional instructional support.
• Develop behavior intervention plans aligned with instructional goals.
• Meet with parents to discuss progress and priorities.
• Collaborate with school psychologist, counselor, and social worker.
• Maintain data on student progress and communicate results.
• Ensure environment supports social and emotional development.
