Responsibilities

• Partner with school leadership to reflect core values in routines.
• Support major routines (arrival, lunch, transitions) to aid students and staff.
• Assist classroom teachers to maintain high expectations for culture and learning.
• Support school during morning arrival and dismissal.
• Facilitate behavior interventions, including conflict resolution and restorative circles.
• Help students learn self-regulation and coping strategies.
• Document behavior interventions per SUNY Charter Schools Institute and state law.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development; assist with culture team.
• Assist with implementation of behavior intervention plans.
