Job summary

Alpha is hiring guides to lead a K–3 cohort in Dorado, Puerto Rico. You will run one cohort band, conduct hands-on life-skills workshops, and drive progress using Coachbot analytics and clear targets.

This full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree, fluent English, and at least intermediate Spanish. You will coach with energy and precision, delivering 2x progress and high student satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fluent English to speak clearly with students and families.
• At least intermediate Spanish proficiency for communication with families.
• 3+ years of experience with children aged 4–9 in high-energy settings.
• Experience actively managing groups of 10–15+ children.
• Willing to work in person in Dorado, Puerto Rico.
• Legal authorization to work in Puerto Rico without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life-skills workshops using storytelling and practice.
• Use Coachbot analytics to spot blockers and set targets.
• Lead group check-ins, reinforce goals, and surface problems.
• Apply motivation systems to drive behavior change in focus and output.
• Intervene when students are stuck, coaching problem-solving in real time.
