Responsibilities

• Lead structured coaching cycles with teachers, including goal setting and feedback.
• Provide clear written and oral feedback to teachers about instruction.
• Conference with teachers to develop and monitor improvement plans.
• Review data with principals and teachers to adjust practices.
• Maintain organized documentation of coaching services.
• Assist with aligning school systems to structured literacy per Georgia Act.
• Develop school-wide literacy plans with K-3 teachers.
• Collaborate on professional development with Regional Literacy Coaches.
• Attend required GaDOE professional learning.
