Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, individualized instruction for students in a K-3 self-contained class
• Develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet student needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to promote student growth and inclusion
• Track progress, document outcomes, and adjust strategies to promote student success
• Use positive behavioral support strategies to encourage student participation and independence
• Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and school activities
