Job summary

Alpha seeks a dedicated Early Elementary Teacher for an on-site role at a Seattle campus. You will guide K-3 students through app-based learning, diagnose reading gaps, and lead short literacy sessions for small groups, while maintaining daily goals and data-informed instruction.

You will spend most of the day with students—launch to closing—doing activities that foster literacy, resilience, and growth, with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• Structured-literacy training or master's in reading literacy required.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coaching students through app-based core learning, diagnosing gaps, and guiding daily goals.
• Leading morning launch, workshops, and check-chart activities with young learners.
• Delivering short, structured literacy sessions for groups of 2–4 students, ensuring transfer of learning.
• Staying with students through lunch, recess, and closing to support progress.
