Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Program Director to lead K-3 cohorts at the Austin or Scottsdale campuses. You will coach Guides, analyze performance data, and drive measurable student progress, staying hands-on daily. Relocation support provided and a Bachelor's degree is required, with 5+ years working with elementary children and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or related field.
• At least 5 years working with elementary-aged children.
• Experience leading a team of 5+ people and hiring/removing based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data to hit measurable goals.
• Lead one-hour live workshops for K-3 on life skills (public speaking, focus, collaboration, resilience, accountability).
• Run motivation sessions linking each child's goals to progress in academics.
• Build and refine playbooks to turn best practices into repeatable systems.
• Train Guides on playbooks and modeling excellence as the team grows.
