Alpha is seeking a Program Manager to own a K-3 cohort, coaching Guides and students using data-driven methods. You will run live workshops on life skills, and lead motivation sessions that connect goals to progress. You’ll also create scalable playbooks and train Guides to uphold standards as the program expands.

This full-time, in-person role based in Scottsdale, AZ offers relocation support and a six-figure compensation package, with a focus on outcomes over traditional teaching methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or related field.
• At least 5 years working with elementary-aged children (roughly ages 5 to 9).
• Experience leading a team of 5 or more people with performance-based oversight.
• Experience building or growing a program, team, school, or initiative from the ground up.

Responsabilités

• Coach Guides and students using performance data and feedback, with measurable goals.
• Facilitate one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills such as public speaking and focus.
• Run motivation sessions linking each child's goals to real academic progress.
• Build and refine playbooks to scale best practices for future Guides.
• Train Guides on playbooks and model excellence as the team grows.
