Job summary

Crossover is hiring a 2nd Grade Teacher for in-person work at the Scottsdale, AZ campus (relocation support provided) and Austin, TX. The role offers $150,000 USD per year, full-time employment, and weekly pay, with a focus on guiding a K-3 cohort and coaching Guides to scale best practices.

You will use performance data to drive coaching conversations, lead brief live workshops, and help scale Alpha's student-centered model while staying hands-on with your cohort daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or related field.
• At least 5 years working with elementary-aged children (roughly ages 5 to 9).
• Experience leading a team of 5+ people including hiring/removal based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data and feedback, with measurable goals.
• Facilitate one-hour live life-skills workshops for K-3 students.
• Run motivation sessions linking goals to progress.
• Build and refine playbooks for repeatable success.
• Train Guides on playbooks and model excellence.
