Job summary

Alpha invites passionate Learning Coaches to inspire K-3 students at our Malibu campus. You will run engaging life-skills workshops, coach students in groups and individually, and use analytics to track weekly learning goals. You’ll adapt your coaching to each cohort and celebrate progress as students grow in confidence and capability.

You will work on-site at Alpha campuses, with relocation assistance available and a focus on measurable outcomes through personalized, motivational coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years of experience with children ages 4-9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, or similar.
• Proven ability to motivate and engage young learners.
• Experience leading group activities with clear structure.
• Comfort using AI-powered learning while coaching students.

Responsibilities

• Lead life-skills workshops for K-3 students to build communication and focus.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using analytics and motivation systems.
• Assess life-skill mastery and guide students to real understanding.
• Adapt coaching style to developmental needs with engaging activities.
• Foster relationships that empower students to stretch their goals.
