Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with children ages 4–9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, youth programs, or similar environments.
• Experience leading group activities for young children with a clear structure to keep groups engaged.
• Proven track record of motivating young children to achieve challenging goals with documented examples.
• Able to adjust approach based on feedback with measurable results.
• Experience using AI-powered learning platforms while focusing energy on coaching and life-skill development.
• Comfort balancing warmth with high expectations to keep children engaged through energetic storytelling.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging life-skills workshops for K-3 students to master communication, focus, feedback, and other durable skills.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using analytics and motivation systems to reach weekly goals.
• Assess life-skill mastery using Alpha’s framework and coach until real understanding is demonstrated.
• Tailor coaching style to cohort needs, using songs, movement, and storytelling for younger learners.
• Build strong relationships that encourage students to stretch beyond perceived limits.
