Alpha runs on a two-hour learning model. You personally own a cohort of K-3 students while coaching the Guides responsible for their daily progress in Scottsdale, AZ. You stay hands-on every day, using performance data and Coachbot analytics to identify gaps and drive targeted coaching sessions.

Relocation support is provided; this full-time role offers $150,000 per year and the chance to scale excellence by writing playbooks that become the standard for other Guides.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching Guides and students using performance data and analytics.
• Facilitation of live workshops and coaching conversations.
• Ability to write playbooks that scale instructional excellence.
