Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Learning Center Director to lead Guides and students, focusing on data-driven coaching, measurable outcomes, and scalable playbooks. The role emphasizes developing people and driving school-wide excellence.

You will coach in classrooms, design workshops, and build systems that translate results into lasting student and adult growth. Relocation support is available for on-site campuses in multiple cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with elementary-aged children (ages 5-9).
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance management.
• Experience building, launching, or expanding a program, school, team, or initiative.
• Proven success leveraging data and measurable outcomes to enhance performance.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students toward measurable improvement using data and observations.
• Design and deliver dynamic workshops for K-3 students to build life skills.
• Conduct one-on-one and small-group coaching linking motivation to progress.
• Develop scalable coaching playbooks to elevate team performance.
• Train and mentor Guides with outstanding coaching and facilitation.
