Job summary

Alpha in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a 2nd Grade Teacher to join a bold, data‑driven school model that reimagines early education. You will own a cohort of K-3 students, coach Guides, and lead workshops that translate performance data into concrete learning outcomes.

This full‑time role pays $150,000 USD per year with relocation support for Austin or Scottsdale campuses. You’ll implement Alpha’s two‑hour learning blocks, build scalable playbooks, and grow as a leader while staying hands‑on with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• At least 5 years working with elementary-aged children.
• Experience leading a team of 5+ people, with hiring/removal authority.
• Experience building or growing a program, team, or initiative.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides and students using performance data and feedback to meet measurable goals.
• Facilitating one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills.
• Running motivation sessions linking goals to progress.
• Building and refining playbooks to scale best practices.
• Training Guides on playbooks and modeling excellence as the team grows.
