Job summary

Alpha in Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ is hiring for an Executive Coach to lead a K-3 cohort, guiding Guides and students using data and performance analytics. You will read performance data, run targeted coaching conversations, and help build scalable playbooks for department-wide impact.

You will deliver live workshops, run motivation sessions, and mentor Guides to achieve measurable outcomes, while staying hands-on with your own cohort daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or Child Development.
• At least 5 years working with elementary-age children (5–9).
• Experience leading a team and launching programs from scratch.
• Willing to work in person at the Alpha campus in Scottsdale, AZ with relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides and students using performance data and direct feedback with measurable goals.
• Facilitating one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills.
• Running motivation sessions linking each child's goals to progress.
• Building and refining playbooks to scale best practices.
• Training Guides on playbooks and modeling excellence in facilitation.
