Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, stronger mentorship, and hands-on growth for K‑3 students. As Program Manager, you own a cohort and coach Guides daily, using performance data and direct feedback to drive measurable outcomes.

You will run live workshops, lead motivation sessions, and develop playbooks that scale successful practices beyond a single cohort while ensuring standards stay high as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years working with elementary-aged children (roughly ages 5 to 9).
• Experience leading a team of 5 or more people, including hiring/removal based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data and feedback to drive measurable goals.
• Facilitate one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills like public speaking and focus.
• Run motivation sessions tying each child's goals to real academic progress.
• Build and refine playbooks to scale best practices across the team.
• Train Guides on playbooks and model excellence in facilitation as the team grows.
