Description

The K-2 Teacher position is responsible for providing engaging, live virtual instruction to students in Kindergarten through Second Grade while helping build the instructional systems, culture, and traditions of a growing program. As a founding teacher, this individual will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of Founders at Home alongside a collaborative leadership team.

During the program’s inaugural year, enrollment is expected to remain intentionally small, allowing teachers to build strong relationships with students and families while refining instructional practices and helping develop a scalable model for future growth.
